In my role as Director of Product Operations and Applied AI at GoodHabitz, I am inspired daily by the opportunity to bridge emerging AI capabilities into production-ready features that transform how people learn.
I leverage my technical background and product operations expertise to rapidly prototype new AI-powered learning experiences, working at the intersection of generative AI research and viable product development. This unique perspective allows me to translate experimental AI capabilities into new revenue streams and product opportunities that empower learners worldwide.
I began my journey at GoodHabitz as the first Engineering Manager, where I had the opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic team of software engineers from 5 to 25 in the first year. During this time, we developed scalable web architecture to support our ambitious growth goals, cultivating a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement that laid the foundation for high-performing engineering practices.
My performance in this role and interest in organizational impact paved the way for my progression to Chief of Staff, and currently Director of Product Operations and Applied AI. As Chief of Staff, I supported multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team during critical transformation periods, helping facilitate our expansion from 6 to 15 markets, the global launch of our assessments product as a strategic upsell, and our new CEO's onboarding and integration.
The questions I think about the most
How can we design agentic learning interfaces and internal workflows with AI that unlock novel product capabilities? What emerging AI technologies can we rapidly prototype into our educational design process to create genuine value? How do we ensure experimental AI research translates into viable product opportunities and new revenue streams?
Currently, I focus on rapid prototyping of new products using context-engineering to implement AI-powered development workflows, exploring the frontiers of generative AI to create the next generation of learning experiences. I design agent behaviors and tool-augmented workflows that bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities into features our learners can actually use.
Beyond product development, I collaborate with the AI team from our majority investor, Prosus, and work closely with the Executive Leadership Team on transformative technology initiatives. This strategic partnership ensures our AI innovations align with broader market opportunities and investment priorities. Building a strong company culture is also an integral to my daily work. I actively support internal initiatives that foster engagement and collaboration, such as enhancing onboarding processes and facilitating all-hands events. I believe that culture is not just a byproduct of our work; it is something we shape together every day.
The work is as challenging as it is fulfilling, with the technical requirements of our platform constantly pushing us to stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing the tangible impact of our work. We're not just building a platform: we're creating learning experiences that empower countless individuals to grow and succeed in their personal and professional lives. This sense of purpose drives our team to consistently strive for excellence in everything we do.
In essence, being part of GoodHabitz has been a chance to be part of a mission to make learning easy, fun, and accessible for everyone, and I am proud to contribute to this journey.
